Corporate Receptionist Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Corporate Receptionist for our firm, location Dubai.


Job Description:

  • Answer incoming calls on main phone line; direct calls accordingly and respond to general inquiries
  • Greet, direct and assist visitors
  • Assist employees with general inquiries
  • Open, scan and distribute mail/prepare packages for delivery and schedule couriers
  • Order supplies and manage supply budget
  • Prepare and distribute project transfer memos to staff
  • Please business card orders
  • Maintain 3 boardrooms; boardroom upkeep, scheduling, prepare for meetings, arrange catering for meetings

Job skills:
Minimum two years’ experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.  Excellent communication (both written and verbal), listening and organizational skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in customer service is an asset.
